Here's how you can apply
Here’s an outline of what you can expect when you apply for our apprenticeship programmes.
1. The application form
On this short form you tell us a bit about yourself and we ask you to demonstrate your understanding of what being an apprentice at Gowling WLG involves. Before you tackle this form, have a look at the tips below.
2. Online game based assessment
Once we've screened your application form, we ask you to complete an online game based assessment. This is a fun and interesting way for us and you to get an insight into your behavioural preferences. Best of all, you get an indepth feedback report once you've completed the assessment.
3. Video interview
If you pass the online assessment, we invite you for a video interview. This can be conducted at a time convenient for you, but within the set deadline. You’re asked a series of scenario based questions, which give you an insight into the sort of tasks you might be asked to complete at Gowling WLG. Don’t be daunted – you’ll get a practice question and reading and thinking time before having to answer the questions.
4. Assessment day
This is the final stage. It’s a two-way process, allowing you and us to discover whether we're right for each other. For our part, we assess you through different exercises, which are designed to help you show that you’ve got what it takes.
