What the team does

Our 60-strong team of corporate lawyers has extensive experience in delivering the full range of corporate advice ranging from public and private mergers and acquisitions, investments and restructurings to joint ventures and listings.

Our team includes the heads of a number of specialist sectors, including the Automotive and Tech sector and also the leaders of some of the firm's international desks (the US, Nordics, Germany and India).

We therefore combine this specialist sector and international knowledge to deliver a dedicated and personal service for our diverse client base comprising multi-national corporations, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, start-ups and high net worth individuals.

There is a strong emphasis on knowledge, development and training. Team members at all levels run bespoke training sessions. Guest speakers also regularly visit. There is a dedicated Corporate trainee training programme run by the associates and a separate training programme for associates.

From day one, you're also actively encouraged (and supported) to build and develop your own relationships whether with existing clients, potential new clients or multipliers.

But it's a two-way street. We make no apologies about having to work late (if required) to meet client demands. However, we make sure there is plenty of fun too. Think trying to escape from a war-time bunker, taking part in quiz shows made by people in the team for the team and last but not least, Christmas dinner, wearing sunglasses but seeing reindeers…really!
